Your personal details are securely retained and used only for the purposes of processing orders and essential website functionality. Personal details may also be used for Pickleball Complete marketing (when opted in) including newsletters and catalogues. They will not be shared with any third parties. We do not retain card payment details. How to order
As simple as A, B, C! Just select the products you require and then order with Pickleball Complete by one of the following means:-

Choose the products you require and click on the ‘order’ button. The price is shown in UK sterling and includes VAT at the current 20%. Once you have completed your selection follow the instructions which will guide you through the ordering and payment process.

Despatching your order
Our reputation for prompt despatch from our massive stocks is the bedrock of our success. There will inevitably be rare occasions when we are out of stock but you will be notified.
Avoiding a delay on UK orders only – if you know that you need your goods by a certain date we would suggest choosing the Express Tracked Delivery option (£7.99) which will usually be despatched via Royal Mail tracked 24 (1 – 3 working days).
Unfortunately we cannot offer express delivery for orders from outside the UK or for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands.

Import Tax: Individual countries may impose an import tax for which you (the Customer) are responsible. This tax will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Newsletter sign-up ‘Welcome’ coupon code adds a discount of 10% on customers basket total – this coupon code can only be used once per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with the ‘monthly offer’.
Methods of Payment
- credit and debit card: we accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. We do not accept American Express.
- telephone orders using cards as above.
- bank transfer: our account details are shown on the invoice.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. Goods should be returned unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. You will either be offered a refund or replacement (if available from our stock). Our postage charge does not include a free return service or reshipping outside UK.
We would suggest you use a Tracked service as we would not be able to offer you a refund if the parcel is not received by us.
We will not automatically offer a refund goods returned without prior notice.
In the event of incorrect or faulty goods being despatched, please contact us on 01227 860348 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will inform you of the next steps to follow.

Demo Paddle Program
Terms and Conditions
On receipt of an enquiry, one of our team will contact the specified person (Organiser) to establish a mutually convenient date and the paddles required.
The Organiser will then be sent a link to our online order form which should be completed and submitted to us. We will not ask you to include payment details online. Once the order has been finalised, our team will contact you for card details.
The charge for hire of the Demo set is £35 which included postage to the organiser and the return label. £35 will taken from the payment card and the card details will then be stored securely as a deposit until the set is returned to us on time and in good condition.
The Organiser will be responsible for accepting delivery of the demo set and for return to us on the agreed date.
The agreed period of hire will start on the date of the first attempted delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
The paddles are all checked and photographed before despatch. If any paddles are damaged whilst on loan, they should be returned with the remaining paddles so we can establish whether they are faulty. Damaged or missing paddles will be charged at the current offer price.
The demo set will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
In most parts of the country the parcel will be delivered next day before 1pm Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery. Please check this link for Royal Mail terms and conditions. http://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/special-delivery-guaranteed-1pm
A return pre-paid label will be included in the parcel. When returning the set to us, please carefully re-pack in the original packaging, seal the box and apply the postage label.
The parcel can be dropped off at your local post office or you can use the Parcel Collect service which allows you to book the collection from your preferred address. This service is offered free of charge by Royal Mail and should be booked via http://www.royalmail.com/collection
Parcels dropped at a post office before cut off time will be delivered to us the next day. Cut off times should be checked locally.
Parcel Collect – add an additional working day e.g. if the parcel is due to be returned to us by Friday 10th, collection should be booked for Wednesday 8th at the latest.
Unless there are reasons beyond your control, there will be a charge of £40 per day for late return.
A discount voucher code will be given to the Organiser for use by club members against purchases from Pickleball Complete. The discount will expire 30 days from the first date of hire and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
